Lord of the Rings Online: Mirkwood Special Prelaunch Pricing Extended

For those gamers eager to jump into Turbine’s soon-to-be-released expansion for Lord of the Rings Online, Mirkwood, the window to get in on the prelaunch deal just got a little bigger.

Between now and November 18^th, any new user signing up or any current user who extends their membership with a multi-month (3, 6, or 12 month) subscription will receive Mirkwood, free of charge, on its December 1^st release date.  Already a multi-month subscriber?  Just keep your account active for the month of November and you won’t need to pay a nickel for the new expansion.

Turbine is also offering an Adventurer’s Pack, with the following perks:

• Shared storage: A storage space capable of storing 20 items accessible by all your characters on the same LOTRO server/world.
• Extra Character Slots: Two additional character slots on each LOTRO server/world that become visible once all other exisiting slots are filled.

The pack runs $19.99 and will be available, along with the expansion, on December 1^st.
