The lady laughs a lot. Whether crafted or wholly cloth, it does make her more pleasant to listen to and held my attention longer than the same material might have done me for were it delivered in your average Ben Stein in Ferris Bueller's day off sort of drone that you hear. The company behind Warrior Epic putting her out in the wold to stump for the product made a good choice. I have been uncertain about Warrior Epic due to the vaguely kmmo aesthetic, but I did actually ask my friend " Do you want to try Warrior Epic?" about halfway through the podcast. This is irrespective of any qualities of the game of course.

WAR sucked. Game ran like a taco bell and liquor accident. I'll never play it again. They could promise joy and bikini models and I would be unable to restrain a "You lie!" response.

Age of Conan is on the up and up as far as I can tell. Steve does nail it on the head that Funcom's problem has always been the backend technology and not their creative vision. I have high hopes for The Secret World.

Jeff is too white to remember west coast rap in the 90s? :P What did he listen to, Ace of Base?

The podcast kind of leaked steam after that point. Next one cut it about 15 minutes short, Ending it with 15mins of vocally parroting the press releases that pass for mmo news is less interesting than giggly producers or billous disenfranchisement with Warhammer.

It wasn't so much giggling as it was nervous laughter. :) Either way, I'm glad it was slightly bearable vs. borderline annoying.

Thanks again Steven and Jeffrey! It was fun. Let's do it again sometime! I'll be obliged to 'parrot the press releases' with you. XD

It was a pleasure having you on the show, Keren. :)

There are no words to describe how white I am really. Maybe John Tesh white? Perry Como perhaps. It's sad in a lot of ways.

I would be offended that you disliked the last fifteen minutes if I didn't agree with you. Seems like somehow Steve and I derive our power from our anger and disillusionment with odious examples of crud games. Sorry about the petering out, and I'll do my best to keep the energy up towards the end.

Got something to say?
