    “The key is though, it’s all flash. So we’re planning on releasing the .fla files and people can make them whatever they want.” They will need programs to make or edit Flash.

    Players (Modders) will use a technology called Scaleform GFx which is based upon Flash, with the current version of Scaleform being based on Flash 8. The Scaleform GFx SDK is available free from their website.

    I’m not sure but i think that NetDevil has developed their interface using Scaleform Software Development Kit, which is 100% Flash based.
