In a surprise announcement today–particularly for those who have been following BioWare Austin’s MMO development–EA has evidently entered into an arrangement to purchase VG Holding Corp., the company which was set up following the merger of BioWare and Pandemic Studios.
The pricetag for this deal? A bargain, at $850,000,000 USD.
