These prices are wrong, they are
1 month = £8.99
6months= £46.14

For the amount they are charging to play the game online, they could at least discount the cost of the game itself. I know that it comes with a 30 day subscription, but that is still $165 a year!

I agree, the US stuff is ALWAYS more expensive than any EU stuff. Also, anyone know if the US game cards work for the EU subscription?

I think it could be perceived as unfair. €13 is more than $13, and people generally don’t like paying more for the same thing. Or sometimes less, in terms of customer service, etc.

As Mark says however, players should give it a go and determine on their own whether or not the game is worth the money. It’s pretty standard nowadays that MMOs come with a 30 day playtime included in the box-price.

I don’t really see the big deal about prices for online games that much >.> (even though I am an American) Can’t you guys spend that easily by going out to eat at once? With how often people play games (Most of the time) I think they are getting their money’s worth either way..

Try it.. if the game is worth the money then play it..

otherwise just keep doing the same thing in WoW and pay the same prices

World of Warcraft is £8.99 a month and Eve-Online is €14.99 ,roughly £12,it too charges less for american subscribers.

£10.31 a month !? This has to be a joke surely? At £8 I might have given it a go but it’s obvious we are being fleeced here. The price in the EU should be the same as in the US. I’ll stick with WoW and wait for the Lich King.

Another rip off for EU players… US players will pay 14.99$ which is 9.80 euros or £7.70 only per month. Shame on EA!
