Couldn’t Make it on American Idol? Try Audition

Reaching out to the singer in the shower in all of us, Nexon is in the market for a few good player-created songs to add to their MMO dance title (let it never be said the Koreans are afraid to experiment in new MMO genres), Audition.

NEXON is looking for new songs to put in its popular MMO dancing game Audition, and wants consumers to create them. How? With Musicshake, a free online program that makes it easy for anyone to produce their own original songs. Users simply combine various instrument modules (from a list of thousands), and can even add their own vocals to tracks they create. The Audition community will vote on their favorite tracks, and the top hits will be featured in-game.

Break out your MIDI keyboard, call your voice coach, and head over to http://eng.musicshake.com/event/nexon1/ if this sounds like your cup of tea.
