Faster hard drive = good SSD = better Load LotRO on a performance hard drive (SATA 3.0Gbs and as much cache as you can get, 16MB or more) and see the improvement. I don't have a system that could be considered "butt-kicking" by any stretch of the imagination, and I can run Very High graphics quality and it's silky smooth except in the most crowded of areas.
