The MMO Gamer is currently looking to expand its family of writers to provide our readers with quality content on a more frequent basis.
Article Writers: We are seeking people who are very interested in the industry as a whole, with the will and dedication to hunt stories, follow leads and do proper research for their articles. Creativity and objectivity are must-have qualities, as well as an excellent understanding of the English language. A writing sample will be required and previously published work (web or print) is a plus.
We need writers who possess the abilities to:
- Cover stories assigned to them in a timely manner.
- Come up with their own news leads, and follow them.
- Do proper, thorough research for stories, and take the initiative.
- Maintain professional and objective perspective without losing the personal touch.
- Conduct interesting interviews.
- Estimate ETAs for their work and be able to meet deadlines.
