Now if this isn’t just totally bad ass! If you have played Warcraft 3, you undoubtably know about the sweetness that is Frostmourne. And if you don’t, Frostmourne was the weapon that Arthas freed in Warcraft 3, sucked his soul and turned him into the Lich King’s pawn. Under the influence of the runeblade, Arthas traveled home and killed his father with the blade, and brought chaos and death to the land.
Now Epic Weapons and Blizzard have brought to us full size replicas of the mighty blade itself. The blade is 47′ long, and comes with a bevy of other assescories; including a certificate of authenticity, a special edition poster, and a collector’s display mount. It runs a whopping $379 USD, but the first 99 made are being auctioned off as rare editions pieces (there is also a sweet picture of what Arthas might look like in the Wrath of the Lich King expansion for Word of Warcraft).
The sword looks absolutely fantastic. If my wife wouldn’t think me a complete nut job, I’d already have one pre-ordered.
